Fix it right plumbing were absolutely awesome. We couldn’t recommend Tracey highly enough. We had what turned out to be a pretty complicated problem with our gas line and Tracey went above and beyond to fix it, including working very long hours in 43 degree heat. Where some tradies might have thrown up their hands and said enough, Tracey worked systematically to devise the best solution for every issue that presented itself along the way - and there were a few - and did not rest until it was all addressed. Super impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She didn’t hesitate to stop and explain things to us, ensure we were on board with what she was doing, and entirely happy with the work. (Including a meticulous clean up afterwards!) Pricing was clearly explained, and we were given clear options at different price points every step of the way. We came away with confidence in a job well done, and knowing that for future issues, Fix it Right plumbing has our back. Massive thank you Tracey and team!

I'm pretty satisfied with the plumbing service overall. Heath did an amazing job replacing my in-wall toilet with a regular one. The workmanship was excellent and the installation price was reasonable. Jack also did a great job replacing the valve on the other toilet and installing a water pressure regulator. Everything was done professionally and works well. The only downside was that the price of the valve and the water pressure regulator was higher than I expected. Overall, a reliable service with skilled plumbers. I'd recommend them.

Plumber = Thane. Well exceed expectations. Great job! We installed a filtration system and some other tasks. The piping was aesthetically appealing and the filtration housing was spot on colour matching our wall very well.

Extremely happy with the service from Fix It. Jack arrived on the day and immediately determined the issue with the hot water system, giving me cost effective solutions. We decided that a new system would be the best bet, as the one we had was 20 years old. It was replaced within 2 hours. He also checked the pipes in the bathrooms, giving us excellent advice and quoting for replacements if we wanted to ensure no more issues. Jack is a legend and I highly recommend his services. Thanks again to Fix It and to Jack. 🙂

We had Mitch out to replace our hot water service. He also reviewed all the plumbing in the house and spotted somethings that needed to be fixed and some goals to work towards. He was quick, efficient and friendly. Would definitely use Fix It Right Plumbing again. The people in the office are also very friendly and also assisted when I called about replacing a shower base a few weeks ago, they provided me with a great commendation for a business we will be using to replace the shower base.

Ben has just finished sorting out my cistern and water heater issues and I am both grateful and impressed. He kept me informed about his times of arrival and what he would do and how and what it would cost. He did an excellent job and cleaned as he finished each task. I will certainly be recommending Ben and Fix It Right to everyone, it was so refreshing to have a pleasant and knowledgeable tradesperson/plumber who actually did exactly what he had explained he would do originally.
